You can use it with Android smartphones that meet the following conditions on docomo, au, and softbank devices.

・Equipped with email function

・Equipped with a display of WVGA (480 x 800) or higher

・Compatible with Google Play Store

However, it cannot be used with SIM cards from other carriers.
